Project Blinkenlights is a project created in 2001 by Chaos Computer Club in Germany. They are a bunch of Germans, interested in technology, who like to rebuild skyscrapers in to giant low-resolution displays.

They install computer-controlled lights in each window of skyscrapers, and can show simple movies and can also allow people to play Pong and send messages.
