This is Keepon. It is a dancing robot. Or well, he has an “Rhytmic human-robot social interaction”

He has been around since 2003, and is used mainly in research about social development and communication. He has also been used as a tool for helping people with autism or other development disorders.

Myself has always been amazed and amused by the videos on youtube of him dancing. As shown in this video:
